Formulate and implement sales and action plans to maximise business growth
Manage and oversee front of house operations
Achieve excellent guest experience
Responsible for front of house staff recruitment and training
Drive on site private event business and coordinate relevant operations
Perform general management duties including operating procedures, roster, inventory control, budget and manpower etc.

Minimum 6 years western cuisine experience
Minimum 3 years in a hospitality management role
Excellent communication skills. Fluency in English and Cantonese a must. Knowledge of Mandarin a plus
Basic Knowledge of cocktails and coffee
Strong leadership, team building and interpersonal skills
Candidate with lesser experience can be considered for Assistant Manager
